This brand-new SIPART PS2 smart electropneumatic positioner is designed for pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators. It operates on a 2-wire system and accepts a 4-20mA input signal. The positioner functions in double action mode and features a polycarbonate enclosure without explosion protection. The electrical connection thread is 1/2" NPT, and the pneumatic connection thread is 1/4" NPT. This product comes standard without a limit monitor, option module, manometer block, venting gauge block, or booster. It includes brief instructions in English, German, and Chinese. Additionally, it incorporates a fail-safe mechanism for depressurizing the actuator in the event of an electrical auxiliary power failure, applicable to single-acting setups.
