If any defects are discovered within one year from the invoice date, please return the unit, and we will either repair it or provide a replacement unit (complete guarantee details are outlined below).

The original packaging for 'New Surplus Factory Package' (NSFP) may exhibit signs of being from an older series or style, or it could be weathered or discolored. Returns of discounted surplus based on manufacturing date or cosmetic condition of the product or packaging are not accepted. 'Used Surplus Leadtime Package' (USLP) and 'New Surplus Leadtime Package' (NSLP) items are repackaged in custom shipping containers that resemble the original, though they may not include manuals or accessories typically provided with brand-new items.

Returns not associated with a guarantee claim will only be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. A 25% restocking administration fee is applicable to all non-guarantee returns received within this timeframe. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and testing of the returned product. To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their as-purchased condition and accompanied by a Partsent return authorization number.
