1. Supply Chain Surcharge Fee:

1.1. Owing to significant demands in the global supply chain network, shortages in raw materials, ranging from cardboard and metal to electronics and componentry, have resulted in a demand surpassing supply. Consequently, a global increase in costs from our suppliers has been observed. To address this, we have introduced a SUPPLY CHAIN FEE of £15.00 per order. While a challenging decision, we have taken this step to ensure we can continue to be your preferred supplier.

2. Surplus Standard Delivery Time:

2.2. For non-emergency orders, www.Leadtime.ca will strive to ship within 48 hours of order confirmation at no additional cost. Emergency same-day Quality Control/Testing delivery is available for an Express Fee.

2.3. If you opt for UPS Next Day or Second Day Air (etc.) without choosing the Express Fee, a preparation time of 2-10 business days will still be required before shipping. For orders requiring shipment within 24 hours, please contact your sales representative or use the provided contact details to request Emergency Express Service.

3. Delivery Time on Factory New Products (FNFP):

3.1. Order shipment confirmation will be provided before the end of the next business day.

4. Emergency EXPRESS Service:

4.1. Same Day Quality Control, Repair, and Testing are available for emergency orders received before 3 p.m. EST (U.S.). The Express Fee is 20% of the order volume (£200.00 minimum) and is limited to product/repair availability.

4.2. Express surplus orders received after 3 P.M. ET ship on the next business day, with an express fee being charged.

5. Please Read - Express Order Statement:

5.1. www.Leadtime.ca aims to meet urgent order needs effectively. A surcharge for same-day Quality Control/Testing is included to prioritize true machine down high-priority shipping requests, guaranteeing priority shipment in genuine crisis situations.

5.2. A 20% surcharge is applied to prevent non-critical orders from being processed as express orders.

5.3. www.Leadtime.ca handles 20-30 true same-day emergencies daily, and the surcharge is in place to prioritize and expedite these critical orders.

5.4. Non-critical orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation with no surcharge.

6. Payment for goods and payment of applicable taxes:

6.1. The customer affirms the accuracy of any provided credit card or similar information, committing to the payment of all charges. Customers shall also pay all applicable sales taxes, indemnifying and holding Leadtime harmless against any related claims.

7. International Orders:

7.1. Orders shipped to countries outside the Canada may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, with clearance charges to be paid by the recipient. Customs policies and charges vary; recipients should check with local customs offices for information.

7.2. Leadtime International’s Emergency Testing Service expedites processes but does not expedite credit card verification, wire transfers, or a carrier’s shipping schedule. The transaction becomes void if it contravenes Canadian export laws.

8. Minimum Order Charge:
